Trainee Program

The Trainee Program at The School of New England Ballet Theatre is designed for dedicated dancers ages 10 to 18 who are currently training elsewhere but seek additional, focused coaching to elevate their technique and artistry. Held on Sundays from 10:00 AM to 3:00 PM, this concentrated program offers high-level classical ballet instruction in a professional, nurturing environment, without the demands of a full-time schedule.
Ideal for students who wish to supplement their weekday training, the Trainee Program focuses on refining technique, building strength and flexibility, and developing the nuanced artistry essential for classical performance. Classes are led by NEBT’s experienced faculty, who bring a wealth of professional experience and a passion for mentoring the next generation of dancers.
Open to students from any school or studio, the program fosters a collaborative atmosphere where dancers can grow alongside peers who share their commitment and love of ballet. Participation in the Trainee Program can also serve as a bridge to NEBT’s more intensive programs or performance opportunities, offering a strong foundation for future advancement.
Whether preparing for auditions, seeking targeted technical support, or simply pursuing personal growth, the Trainee Program provides the structure and expertise to help young dancers thrive.
