About

Founded on January 22, 2020 by Rachael Gnatowski, New England Ballet Theatre (NEBT) was established to bring high-quality dance performances to communities across New England.

As a not-for-profit organization, NEBT is dedicated to the creation and production of new choreography and original ballets. In addition to presenting world-class performances, we are deeply committed to making dance more accessible to all. Our educational outreach includes programming in schools, libraries, senior centers, and partnerships with fellow nonprofits throughout the region.

Based in Avon, Connecticut, NEBT is actively expanding its presence and impact throughout all six New England states, continuing to inspire audiences, nurture emerging artists, and enrich the cultural landscape of our communities.

Our mission is to provide high-quality performances, to inspire through exceptional educational programs, and to cultivate an appreciation for dance throughout the community.

NEBT is committed to providing equitable access to all of our programming for all audiences. For accommodations please contact us.
