Madison Burns

Maddie Burns grew up dancing at Dance City and the Arts  training in a wide variety of styles for 15 years, while being a part of the competition team for 9 years. She also attended the Greater Hartford Academy of the Arts Half Day Program, training in ballet, modern, and exploring composition work. Maddie is an alumni of the School of New England Ballet Theatre Trainee Program, and was able to perform with the company many times! 

 

Maddie has attended many summer dance intensives, including Complexions, Gus Giordano Jazz, Alonzo King LINES, Joffrey Jazz and Contemporary in NYC, The Rockettes, and more. 

 

Maddie is currently a student at Marymount Manhattan College in NYC, pursuing a BFA in Dance, with a concentration in Jazz; and a minor in Arts Management. She’s also an assistant teacher at Ballet Academy East, for children in Manhattan.
