On January 22, 2024, NEBT turns 4!

Since the first season, NEBT has grown from a performing group of just seven individuals to a company of 19 professional dancers, a school that has served nearly 100 students, and a staff that includes two full-time and five part-time employees, with close to 1,000 individual audience members. NEBT has produced 6 original full-length ballets and has premiered new works by 8 emerging choreographers.

We opened our first physical facility in June 2023, which includes our state of the art dance studio, costume shop, and offices.

What's next
Still coming this season, NEBT will present 3 more new productions including a triple bill tour to New York City, and the students of the School of NEBT will present their own full-length choreography showcase. Both company and student dancers will take to the stage together in the final production of the season, "A Midsummer Night's Dream."
Programming continues this summer with dance camps and classes for all ages, and NEBT will enter
the 2024-2025 season with more original ballet productions plus our ever expanding "The Fantastic Toyshop."

We need your help to sustain all of this growth! Your donation will go towards all aspects of NEBT's productions, school programming, and accessibility efforts. This year, we are asking our supporters to consider making a recurring gift that will impact NEBT for the entire next year.

  • $25 a month from 8 contributors can cover two guest teachers for NEBT students to learn new dance styles

  • $50 a month from 3 contributors can cover internet services for the studio and offices

  • $100 a month from each contributor can cover one dancer's pointe shoes

  • $200 a month from 5 contributors can cover the production of costumes for one show

Make your contribution today to support this work and so much more. None of what we do would be possible without all of our contributors, so thank you!
