In addition, Trainees rehearse and perform works set on them from the repertory of New England Ballet Theatre. Trainees also participate in workshops on pedagogy, choreography, and health & wellness.

Trainees perform during the school year in outreach performances throughout the community. They also understudy and dance in many New England Ballet Theatre full-length productions such as the holiday show, The Fantastic Toyshop and rotating spring repertoire.
