Juliana Anderson

Juliana Anderson began her ballet training in Baltimore Maryland when she was 12 years old. For the past 5 years she advanced her training at the Akhmedova Ballet Academy (ABA) under the guidance and mentorship of Mme. Akhmedova, Marina Timofeeva and Jessica Novakovich. During her time there, she received several awards, including first place in both classical and contemporary at the World Ballet Arts Competition and third place in the professional classical category at the International Dance Talent Competition in Italy. Juliana danced many classical roles in all ABA productions and has also had the privilege of working with renowned choreographer Mimmo Miccolis, performing several of his original works as part of ABA’s Studio Company. She is thrilled to be joining New England Ballet Theatre and is looking forward to her first season as a professional dancer.
