Carter Waters

Originally from Hagerstown, Maryland, Carter has been dancing for over 17 years. She most recently danced as a trainee with the Grand Rapids Ballet. She has also danced as a Trainee with The Joffrey Ballet from 2023-2025. She’s excited to be joining New England Ballet Theatre for the 2026-2027 season.
